I just placed an order; when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow a production time of 1-3 days before your order is dispatched. The average shipping time is 5-11 days. Tracking numbers will be provided 2-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 days, please email us at info@newleaf-london.com.

I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund for the full purchase amount. Please include your name and order number with your return package.
Important: If your package is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing and shipping orders immediately. However, you can use our simple return system to receive a full refund once the package arrives.

I provided an incorrect address; what should I do now?
If you've provided the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@newleaf-london.com within 24 hours to correct it. After this 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes, and no refunds will be issued if the order ships to the incorrect address.
